1、保价规则:

Insurance Rules:

(1)对所有未投保的包裹及文件的丢失索赔,本公司最高理赔金额为$100。

For all claims of lost for uninsured parcels and documents, the maximum amount of compensate is $100.

(2)我公司提供2%的保价服务,根据客户填写的货物申报价值计算,例如:申报价值填写$100,将收取2%即$2的运输保价。

保费计算公式:申报价值×2%

THDEX provide 2% insurance policy based on the declared value. For example, if the insurance premium is $2, the maximum

insurance recovery will be $100.

Formula of insurance cost calculation is DECLARE VALUE×2%

(3)投保额上限为¥60.00(CNY),即赔付金额最高为¥3000.00(CNY)。

The limit of insurance premium is ¥60.00(CNY), which means the maximum insurance recovery is ¥3000.00(CNY).

(4)当客户投保额度与货物实际价值不符时,理赔金额将以较低的为准。

The total amount of insurance premium must be equal or less than the customs declare value.

(5)任何有保价,但没有选择“特殊加固”服务的包裹,保价仅针对整箱货物遗失有效。

For Insured package, but doesn't have "Special Reinforced Packing" service, insurance coverage only applies which package

gets lost or stolen.

2、包裹破损理赔规定及流程:

Claim Procedure of Parcel Damage:

(1)所有签收无异常的包裹,本公司不接受任何理赔申请。

THDEX will not accept any claim for all normal delivered packages with signature.

(2)运单未标明的物品的损坏以及丢失,本公司不负责赔偿。

THDEX will not accept any claim for damage or missing items, which were not in the description of contents on shipping label.

(3)包裹外包装未破损,内件丢失或破损,本公司不负责赔偿。

THDEX will not accept any claim for damage or missing items if the outer packing is not broken.

(4)当收到货物时,外包装明显破损的,收件人要当场拍照取证,清点内部货物数量等,并在运单上注明异常,请派送员带回,

然后按照理赔申报流程进行操作。

The receiver should have evidence to prove that parcel has been damaged during delivery, such as taking photos, counting the

number of internal items, etc.Then write the description of abnormality on shipping label and ask deliver to bring back

for record.

(5)未保价的订单理赔结果一律以积分形式充值入客户帐户中。

Compensation for all packages without insurance will be given as store credit into customers’ account.

(6)但没有选择“特殊加固”服务的包裹,保价仅针对整箱货物遗失有效。

Compensation will not be given for all damage without choosing SECIAL PACKING SERVICE.

3、客户隐瞒申报或邮寄违禁品造成的海关查扣、货件丢失损毁等,公司一律不予理赔。

THDEX will not take any responsibility if the packages missing, damage, or custom detaining are caused by incorrect description or sending illegal contents.

4、理赔时效:

Claim Period:

所有索赔申请必须在派送后30天之内提出,并同时提供货物发票收据及相应的破损、丢失证明,以及索赔申请表。THDEX收到

书面索赔后的15天之内给予答复。无法提供上述材料的,本公司不予理赔。

All claims must be received in 30 days after parcel delivered with required documents, which including the receipt, order

information of insured items, all evidence of missing or damage and claim form. THDEX will contact claimer in 15 days after

receive the claim. Any claims without above required documents will not be accepted.
