Responsibilities

• ·Plan, create, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• ·Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, captions, and storyboards that effectively communicate our brand and services.
• ·Film on-site content featuring company operations, services, employees, and behind-the-scenes activities.
• ·Assist with managing company social media accounts and maintaining a consistent content schedule.
• ·Monitor content performance, including views, engagement, watch time, and follower growth, and use insights to improve future content.
• ·Research social media trends, competitor activities, and audience interests to identify new content opportunities.
• ·Collaborate with the marketing team and other internal teams to support branding and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

• ·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field preferred. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• ·Basic experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• ·Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other major social media platforms.
• ·Strong interest in social media trends, short-form video, storytelling, and digital content creation.
• ·Creative mindset with a willingness to learn, experiment, and develop new skills.
• ·Good written and verbal communication skills.
• ·Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• ·Experience from internships, school projects, personal social media accounts, or freelance projects is welcome.
• ·Experience or knowledge in logistics, warehousing, B2B services, or cross-border e-commerce is a plus.
• ·Portfolio, social media account, or video samples are preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• ·Rotate through warehouse operational departments (receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory) to understand end-to-end workflows before building software for them.
• ·Build and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and workflow automations that support fulfillment, order management, and inventory operations.
• ·Develop full-stack features across the frontend (React / TypeScript or equivalent) and backend (Python / Node.js, REST APIs, SQL databases).
• ·Integrate large language models (LLMs) into internal tools — natural-language data queries, automated report generation, AI-assisted operations workflows, document parsing, exception handling, and smart alerts.
• ·Use AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or equivalent) as primary development tools: write effective prompts, evaluate and verify outputs, iterate quickly, and know when to trust the model versus when to read the code yourself.
• ·Build lightweight automations (scripts, RPA-style workflows, API integrations) to replace repetitive manual operational tasks.
• ·Collaborate with operations, data, and engineering teams to convert real workflow pain points into shipped, production-grade features.
• ·Write clean, maintainable code; participate in code reviews; document what you build.
• ·Contribute to the team's ongoing evaluation of new AI and LLM tools, workflows, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• ·Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• ·Strong programming fundamentals in at least one of: Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, or similar.
• ·Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• ·Basic experience with web development (frontend, backend, or full-stack).
• ·Comfort with Git, command line, and modern development workflows.
• ·Strong proficiency in AI-assisted development tools and AI-powered workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, Copilot, or equivalent). This is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have.
• ·Demonstrated ability to use LLMs effectively — write precise prompts, critically evaluate outputs, debug AI-generated code, and understand when to verify versus when to trust.
• ·Strong logical thinking, problem decomposition, and debugging ability.
• ·Comfortable working onsite in Corona, California.
• ·Willingness to spend the initial phase working directly in warehouse environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• ·Prior projects or internship experience building full-stack applications.
• ·Experience integrating LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) into real applications — RAG, tool use / function calling, agent workflows, prompt templating, evaluations.
• ·Exposure to automation frameworks, ETL pipelines, or RPA tools.
• ·Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or serverless deployment.
• ·Open-source contributions, side projects, or a portfolio demonstrating AI-augmented development in practice — ideally something you built, shipped, and maintained.
• ·Interest in logistics systems, supply chain technology, or operations-facing software.
• ·Familiarity with BI or visualization tools and libraries (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or web charting libraries).
• ·Understanding of prompt engineering, evaluation design, or agent architecture concepts.

Responsibilities

• ·Perform data & statistical analyses on operations data including shipping data, warehousing inventory data, demands for warehousing space, transportation, resources across the country;
• ·Gather data from operation departments and perform data & statistics modeling for forecasting peak seasons, provide data analysis reports for operation and management decision making;
• ·Develop, generate and publish imports analytics and dashboards;
• ·Perform quantitative analysis and development of recommendations to optimize business processes and performance;
• ·Run statistical analysis, data modeling to identify key issues and recommend possible solution, this will include performing root cause analysis of business problems, identifying and recommending solution alternatives, development of reports to track key metrics and results;
• ·Design databases and templates to track, maintain and analyze large data sets that change regularly.

Minimum Requirements

• ·Master’s Degree in Data Science & Analytics, or Math.

Compensation & Work Location

• ·Salary: $76,586 per year.

• ·This position is fully on-site in Corona, California. Remote and hybrid work are not available.
